Do you take custom orders?

I like this piece of jewelry, but I would like it in 14K or 18K Gold?
All of the pieces you see on the website can be made in yellow, white or rose gold. If you see a piece you like from the website that you would like to have made in gold please send me an email and we can dicuss the steps to make that happen! cassondrajustine@gmail.com
How do I find my ring size?
One of the easiest ways to figure out your ring size is to purchase a ring sizer from my website. This ring sizer is used to help determine your ring size. The sizer measures the girth of your finger. Put the sizer on your finger and tighten slightly. You do not want the ring to be too tight, or too loose. The arrow on the sizer should point to the size ring that you would need for that finger. The ring sizer is reusable and measures from US size 1 - 17.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Tarnish occurs naturally when certain metals are exposed to air and moisture. You can polish your sterling silver jewelry with a polishing cloth or gently clean your plated jewelry with soap and warm water.
Pieces that are plated may tend to wear or get scratched over time. We can always re-polish and replate these pieces for a small fee.
To prolong wear of pieces keep your Cassondra Justine Jewelry away from moisture, shower steam and other water activities. When you are not wearing your jewelry, keep in a low moisure area, or in a ziptight bag.
Return/Exchange Policy
No need to stress --send me an email at cassondrajustine@gmail.com to begin your return. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the reciept of purchase if you are not completely satisfied! Returns must be accomplanied by a reciept and will be repaid in the same form of payment used unless otherwise requested. Items must be returned with the original packaging, including all pieces and parts and should be in unworn condition. The refund will not include return shipping which will be the buyers responsibility.
If you believe for any reason the merchandise you have recieved has arrived damaged please reach out to me at cassondrajustine@gmail.com within 24 hours of recieving your package.
Repairs
If you have an issue with a piece of Cassondra Justine Jewelry I am more than happy to look into repairing it for you! Since repairs can vary so much send me an email at cassondrajustine@gmail.com and we can figure out a solution.

All orders over $50 will receive free standard shipping via USPS.
We are not responsible for lost parcels once they have left our store. If your package is lost in the mail please contact your local postal provider.
