How do I care for my jewelry? 

Tarnish occurs naturally when certain metals are exposed to air and moisture. You can polish your sterling silver jewelry with a polishing cloth or gently clean your plated jewelry with soap and warm water.

Pieces that are plated may tend to wear or get scratched over time. We can always re-polish and replate these pieces for a small fee. 

To prolong wear of pieces keep your Cassondra Justine Jewelry away from moisture, shower steam and other water activities. When you are not wearing your jewelry, keep in a low moisure area, or in a ziptight bag. 

Return/Exchange Policy 

No need to stress --send me an email at to begin your return. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the reciept of purchase if you are not completely satisfied! Returns must be accomplanied by a reciept and will be repaid in the same form of payment used unless otherwise requested. Items must be returned with the original packaging, including all pieces and parts and should be in unworn condition. The refund will not include return shipping which will be the buyers responsibility.  

If you believe for any reason the merchandise you have recieved has arrived damaged please reach out to me at within 24 hours of recieving your package. 


If you have an issue with a piece of Cassondra Justine Jewelry I am more than happy to look into repairing it for you! Since repairs can vary so much send me an email at and we can figure out a solution. 


Each of these pieces is designed by me - Cassondra! Please keep in mind that each piece is handcrafted and made with love and may be slightly different than the images shown. Pieces are typically ready to ship to you within 5-7 days and can occasionally take up to 3 weeks. Please send me an email to if you would like to see if an item is on hand and ready to ship before purchasing.

All orders over $50 will receive free standard shipping via USPS. 

We are not responsible for lost parcels once they have left our store. If your package is lost in the mail please contact your local postal provider.
