Hello, hello! I’m Cassondra, the designer and maker behind Cassondra Justine! It’s so nice to meet you! I have to say, I’m SO happy and honored that you’re here!

So a little about me…
.
Being raised in a small town I always felt like I was “doing too much” or that I should be “less” because where was I going anyway…. the local Walmart?? It took a little bit of time for me to get over the fear of standing out, but the moment that I discovered I could make jewelry, I truly began to embrace it! The first time I picked up a torch it was as if the heavens opened up and shined down to tell me “THIS IS IT CASSONDRA, GO TOWARD THE JEWELS”. It was an instant confidence boost, and it has only skyrocketed from there!

I’m guessing that you too have always been somewhat BOLD and happened to stand out from the crowd? Maybe you’ve been referred to as quirky….? Or the spirited one…? We’ll take that as a compliment! I know that you’ve always felt a bit boxed in but babyyyyy you were meant for bigger, badder things!

After that initial beginners jewelry class I then attended Savannah College of Art and Design where I got my bachelors degree in jewelry. From there I couldn’t be stopped, I was on to design jewelry for some incredible companies including Fossil, Michael Kors, Lucky Brand and Johnny Was. It has been a whirlwind of a journey, but I honestly couldn’t be more excited to now be designing jewelry for YOU!
I am THRILLED that I get to create accessories for smart, funny and talented women who when they wear Cassondra Justine will exude confidence and bring out their inner baddass! Jewelry can totally transform your mood and boost your morale. The minute you put on a great pair of hoops can absolutely turn around a sucky day!

Lifting up and empowering women like you is at the heart of everything I want to achieve with Cassondra Justine! Along with that, it is so important to me to be creating a safe space and an inclusive community, making sure that I am conscious about my environmental impact and supporting other small businesses and creators along the way!

A little more about me, aside from jewelry, but maybe not really… I am also completely obsessed with crystals and gemstones! One of my favorite trips that I look forward to each year is going to the Tucson Gem show where you are completely immersed into an alternate universe of gems (if you’re a crystal lover and haven’t been, check out this blog post to find out more!)! I am originally from a small town in Missouri, but have been a bit of a nomad also living in Arkansas, Texas, Georgia, New York and currently, Los Angeles, California. I love being in nature, looking at all the interesting plant life (it is truly like a Dr. Suess book out here!) and spending time grounding myself with my toes in the sand on a sunny day at the beach.
